We all wish that our oriental dating were conflict free. However, due to the fact that we are different asian singles, conflicts are a naturally occurring part of any online asian dating site. Unfortunately, most of us never learn how to deal with them very well. Instead of resolving conflicts in a constructive manner, the process we use tends to make conflicts worse. In this site we will first look at the dysfunctional ways oriental singles try to resolve conflicts which tend to result in a losing situation. We will start with basic definitions of conflict and conflict resolution. Conflict exists when there is a perceived divergence of interest or a belief that the parties’ current goals cannot be achieved simultaneously.
